Less than $10.00 ~ shipping will be $4.95
$10.00 to $29.99 ~ shipping will be $5.95
$30.00 to $49.99 ~ shipping will be $6.95
$50.00 to $74.99 ~ shipping will be $7.95
$75.00 and more ~ shipping will be FREE
Please allow 2 to 10 days (excluding weekends and holidays) for shipping. You can view the status of your order by clicking on the link in the Order Confirmation email. The Order Status will be updated within 24 hours of shipment or as soon as updated information is available (including any items we discover are on backorer). A Shipment Confirmation will be automatically generated and sent to the email address supplied at checkout. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, American Express (online only) or PayPal. The billing address entered at checkout must match the address on file with your credit card company or your order will be automatically cancelled. We do not accept CODs. Your credit card will be charged at the time of checkout.
Although we stock many items in our Shoppe and our associate warehouse, all items may not be immediately available and will be special ordered for you. Generally, we are able to ship your items within 10 business days, with the exception of some made to order, custom and/or backordered items which may take additional time. A refund will be issued for any items that we discover are not available for shipment within 30 days.

ORDER CANCELLATION/CORRECTIONS
Contact: customercare@spoiledsweetpets.com An Order Confirmation will be automatically generated at the completion of checkout and will be sent to the email address supplied. Please review it for accuracy including quantity, color, size etc. If
you wish to cancel your order or become aware of a correction that needs to be made, notify us at
customercare@spoiledsweetpets.com, within four (4) hours of placing your order. Please include your name, billing address, order number and the item(s) to be cancelled and/or corrected.
30 DAY RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY Return

We encourage you to ask any questions or concerns prior to placing your order and it will be our pleasure to assist you. NOTE: Due to the nature of our products and for the well being of your pet, all other items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) is needed for all returns. Why are some items not eligible for return or exchange?
At times, dogs and cats can have adverse reactions to items another animal has left their scent on or they may unknowingly leave behind undetectable things. We want you to feel comfortable that you are receiving new items for your Spoiled Sweet Pet.
Upon receipt of your return, a Store Credit will be issued if replacement/exchange information is not included in your package. Store credits do not expire. Lost Store Credits cannot be replaced. DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ORDERS In the unlikely event that your order
is incorrect, defective or damaged in transit, you must notify us in writing within 48
hours of receipt at customercare@spoiledsweetpets.com.
NON-DELIVERABLE OR REFUSED / UNCLAIMED PACKAGES Please verify that all shipping information
(including name, street address and zip code) is correct. Orders that are non-deliverable will be
subject to additional fees for redelivery.

Note: In some cases, parts of your order may arrive in separate packages as it may ship from our associate warehouse or directly from the designer/manufacturer. Many of our collars, harnesses, leashes and beds are made to order and generally ship within 10 days but occasionally will require a little extra time. Items listed on our website are not an indication of stock status. To avoid any disappointment, if you are in a rush for your items, please contact us prior to placing your order to verify availability. Thank you.
You should expect to receive your order within 2 to 5 days after it has shipped. We are unable to guarantee an exact date on which your order will arrive.
All
items are subject to availability. We
will ship using UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Some items will require a signature at time
of delivery. Sorry, but some items can't
be shipped to PO Boxes.
Note: As some items are made to order and/or may ship directly from the designer or our associate warehouse, we will not receive shipping information until your order has shipped.
Reminder: please allow 2 to 10 days (excluding weekends and holidays) for shipping. Custom items may require additional time.
Email us at customercare@spoiledsweetpets.com if you are in need of the status of your order. If it has been less than ten (10) days since your order was placed, please allow us three (3) business days to obtain updated information and respond to your request. Thank you.
Note: due to our small staff, messages left on our voicemail for order status may be responded to by email. Keep an eye out for a Shipment Confirmation email. To ensure that you receive our emails, don't forget to add us to your address book and/or check your spam folder. 
Shipments to NJ will be subject to 7% sales
tax.
Once we begin to process your order we will not be able to cancel it or make changes to it as all items do not ship from our Mt. Laurel, NJ location.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS:
Your business is very important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchase. We ask that you please choose all FINAL SALE items carefully and contact us prior to placing your order if you have any questions or concerns. In an effort to remain fair to all of our customers, we do not make exceptions to our return/exchange policy. Thank you.

How to request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#):

RETURN / EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:
Note: Unfortunately, packages are sometimes lost or damaged which will leave us unable to process your return. Therefore, we strongly recommend that all returns be sent with a delivery confirmation and insurance.
COLLARS, HARNESSES, LEASHES and CLOTHING: $8.00 return processing fee.
All FINAL SALE items: 20% restocking fee plus a $12.00 return processing fee.
Damaged packages:
If you receive any package that has been damaged, please note this at the time of delivery and refuse the package. Please notify us within 48 hours at customercare@spoiledsweetpets.com that you have refused a damaged package. A damage claim will be filed with the carrier and further information may be required from you in the future.
Defective items:
For any item found to be defective upon receipt, notify us in writing within 48 hours of receipt at customercare@spoiledsweetpets.com and include the information on the defective item. A Return Authorization Number (RA #) and instructions will be sent to return the defective item and it will be replaced. Any merchandise found defective after 48 hours of receipt or after its use is subject to the factory warranty. We will gladly provide assistance in these instances but cannot accept the return.
Pet Damage:
As no products are indestructible, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurred as a result of your dog's or cat's playing and/or chewing habits. No one knows your pet better than you. To avoid any disappointment, please choose products carefully and contact us prior to placing your order if you need any assistance. There are "tougher" toys on the market and some, but not all, are even guaranteed against those tough chewers.
Incorrect orders:
Although we strive for perfection, mistakes sometimes do occur. Please notify us at customercare@spoiledsweetpets.com within 48 hours of receipt and include the discrepancy/incorrect item information. Further instructions will be sent including a Return Authorization Number (RA #). After receipt of the incorrect item, we will re-process your order.
Refused or unclaimed/returned packages will be subject to an $8.00 return processing fee for orders totaling less than $25.00 and a $12.00 return processing fee for orders totaling $25.00 and more. After receipt of the refused or unclaimed package, we will issue a store credit less return processing fees and the actual shipping charges incurred for shipping your order if they are greater than what you were originally charged. Refunds are not issued. Note: It can take up to 3 weeks for the package to be returned to us.
