Shipping & Handling Charges:

For shipments to the 48 contiguous states totaling

Less than $20.00 ~ shipping will be $4.95

$20.00 to $49.99 ~ shipping will be $6.95

$50.00 to $99.99 ~ shipping will be $8.95

$100 and over ~ shipping will be FREE (we pay shipping for you)

Oversized/heavyweight items may be subject to additional handling charges.  To review charges, simply add the item to your cart, enter your zip code & state, then click apply.

 

 



Shipping Information:

Orders are processed in the order they are received.  We will make every effort to ship your order promptly.  In stock items will be processed & shipped within 2 to 10 business days. Need it sooner? Email us prior to placing your order at customercare@spoiledsweetpets.com and we'll do our best to accomodate you. In some cases an item may have recently become unavailable and will be placed on backorder. Backordered items generally ship within 30 days.   Please note some items are custom made to order and require extra time.  You should expect to receive your order within 2 to 7 business days after it has shipped. Please allow additional time for oversized items.  In some cases, parts of your order may arrive in seperate packages as we may have it shipped directly from the designer.   All items are subject to availability. We will ship using UPS, USPS, and Fedex.  Some items will require a signature at time of delivery.  Sorry, but some items can't be shipped to PO Boxes.

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Paypal. We do not accept CODs.

Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us, at customercare@spoiledsweetpets.com, within four (4) hours of placing it.  Once we begin to process your order & have it prepared for shipping, it cannot be cancelled. 

 



Sales Tax:  Shipments to NJ will be subject to 7% sales tax.

 

 





RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

You're satisfaction is very important to us. We encourage you to ask any questions prior to placing an order and it will be our pleasure to assist you.

We will gladly accept returns for merchandise exchange only on clothing, collars, harnesses and leashes. Due to the nature of our products, all other items including discounted items and custom and/or personalized items are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Refunds will not be issued.

Please notify us within 10 days of receipt that you wish to exchange by forwarding your sales receipt/shipment confirmation email along with the information on the item you wish to exchange to customercare@spoiledsweetpets.com. We will send you a Return Authorization # as well as return instructions. Item(s) must be in new/original condition with attached original tags and returned to us within 21 days of original receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges are not eligible for free shipping.

Please note: Requests for an RA# must be made in writing. Requests made by telephone will not be honored.

We offer one complementary exchange. Subsequent exchanges will be subject to an 18% restocking fee in addition to any applicable shipping charges.

Returns sent without RA# will not be accepted. Returns received after 21 days of original customer receipt will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

 





In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, defective or damaged in transit, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of receipt. Please forward your sales receipt/shipment confirmation email along with the incorrect/defective/damaged item information to customercare@spoiledsweetpets.com.

Damaged packages:
Please keep all original packaging and contents. Further instructions will be sent. We cannot be held liable if you fail to notify us withing 24 hours of receipt and/or fail to keep the original packaging and contents.
Note: If the damage is extensive, refuse delivery.


Defective items:
For any item found to be defective upon receipt, notify us in writing within 24 hours of receipt by forwarding your sales receipt/shipment confirmation email along with the information on the defective item to customercare@spoiledsweetpets.com. Further instructions will be sent to correct the situation. Any merchandise found defective after its use or after 24 hours of receipt is subject to the factory warranty and should be returned directly to the manufacturer. We will gladly provide assistance in these instances but cannot accept the return.


Incorrect orders:
Although we strive for perfection, mistakes sometimes do occur. Please forward your sales receipt/shipment confirmation email along with the incorrect item information to customercare@spoiledsweetpets.com. Further instructions will be sent. After receipt of the incorrect item, we will re-process your order. Returns sent without RA # will not be accepted.

 

Non-Deliverable, Returned or Refused Packages:
Please verify that all shipping information (including name, street address and zip code) is correct.  Orders that are non-deliverable will be subject to additional fees for redelivery.  Returned or refused packages will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and any/all applicable shipping charges.
