Q:  When will my order will ship*?  

While we can't provide an exact date, we do provide the estimated availability for each item in the listing. (please note: availability varies by item from 1 to 3 business days to 4 to 12 business days for made to order items).  Rest assured, if at any time we discover a delay, a notice will be sent and an update will be provided in your order comment/order details.  

Q:  I only received part of my order.  When will the rest arrive?  

Orders with multiple items may arrive in two (2) or more packages.  Sign In to View Orders.  Select and click on the Order # to view details including updates, comments, shipping method(s), tracking number(s) and more.   Unless noted otherwise in your order comments, items will ship as estimated in the item listing .   Reminder:  each item may have a different availability.

Q:  When will my order arrive? 

The estimated delivery (not including weekends or holidaysafter your order has shipped is :

- standard USA (48):  2 to 7 business days  
- AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO:  3 to 15 business days 

(Oversized/heavyweight items may require a little additional time.)

An EXAMPLE of when you can expect to receive your package(s):

  • Item 1 has an availability of:  usually ships 1 to 3 business days  
  • Item 2 has an availability of:  usually ships 2 to 7 business days  
  • Shipping method:  standard USA (48)   

You can expect to receive all in stock items within 3 to 14 business days not including the day your order was placed, weekends or holidays.
